The INCONTOVAC is a one of a kind, state of the art appliance which provides people with urinary compromise an alternative method of control. This control restores one's dignity. It can be used to assist people with both urinary incontinence and functional incontinence. It reduces costs associated with alternative methods of urinary catheterization and control. The Incontovac has many state of the art refinements to enhance its function. These include remote control evacuation, automatic safety shut-off and reset to protect the unit from overheating, a two liter receptacle, a one and one half horsepower motor, and accessory external catheter for dependent use by nursing home patients. The INCONTOVAC has been stringently tested and approved for use in the United States by Underwriters Laboratory and has successfully completed its requirements as of September 2006. Currently, Medicare has approved for reimbursement the Incontovac's Urinal and Reservoir through our application with Sadmerc. Since there is presently no device like the Incontovac, our plan is to apply for an Investigational Approval by Medicare. The Incontovac can be be submitted to Medicare or other insurances for reimbursement to the patient under a miscellaneous code, with a letter from one's physician of the medical necessity and a narrative of our product. The Incontovac has also successfully achieved FDA approval.
Urinary compromise is not only physically debilitating, but also robs a person of their dignity. The Incontovac offers the individual an alternative method for safe, convenient and controlled disposal to meet their urinary needs. It provides an alternative to external and in some cases indwelling catheterization. By eliminating urinary spillage it diminishes resultant ulcerative lesions occurring from urinary accidents. It also may diminish urinary tract infections by controlling urinary disposal.

“A year or so ago I had an illness requiring complete bed rest, or marked discomfort if I did anything more active. It was my good fortune to have discovered Incontovac, though of course at the time I had no idea it would mean anything to me personally.
I can now say that this device was enormously useful to me, both at reducing my degree of pain, and in hastening my healing. It almost completely diminished the necessity for ambulation, and reduced the pain of residual activity.
It also minimized the necessity for nursing assistance, and made the job much less laborious.
My one significant complaint about the device was the discomfort of maintaining it in position for long periods of time. However, it has subsequently been modified to obviate this difficulty.
I also believe it avoided the hazard of urinary tract infections, which so often complicates the need for other kinds of assistance in voiding.
I certainly would feel free to use it again if the necessity arises.”
