Dr. Pevnick is the CEO for Urinary Transfer Systems, LLC. He has a history in health care as the President of Physical Therapy Consultants, Inc. and also the COO of House Call Doctors, LLC.
Dr. Pevnick is the past President of Alternative Health Source, Inc., South County Physical Therapy, Inc., and Preferred Physical Therapy Providers, Inc. all of St. Louis, MO. He was also the Director of Physical Medicine for St. Joseph Hospital in Alton, IL.
Dr. Pevnick is the past Chairman of Government Relations for the Missouri Physical Therapy Association and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association as well as the Missouri Physical Therapy Association.

Donald W. Crank, ESQ. is the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel and is also a Managing Member. Donald has been a practicing lawyer in Missouri over the past five years and organized this company as a Missouri LLC with it's own fully developed Operating Agreement, selected and co-developed Patents with Counsel; Blackwell, Sanders, Pepper and Martin and helped capitalize the new company.
Further, his corporate background with Fortune 100 companies, AXA, Merrill Lynch, and Citicorp in New York and Washington, D.C., will be invaluable in large scale manufacturing operations, marketing and business strategies.

Mal P. Segal, CPSP, has been President of MPSi, a Sales & Marketing Consulting Group since 1994. In addition, MPSi has successfully brought products to market through various channels of distribution such as Direct Sales, Manufacturer's Representatives, Internet sales, Websites, and on-line Auction sites over the past 10 years.
Mal Segal has spent over 10 years in Senior level Sales and Marketing Management with companies directly manufacturing products for the worldwide military and medical displays marketplace. He has also spent over two decades with multi-Billion Dollar, Fortune 500 Corporations such as Pitney Bowes, Inc., Unisys Corp. (formerly Burroughs Corp) and Oce North America.
Mr. Segal was the founding President of the Chicago Chapter of the National Association of Sales Professionals and earned the professional title of CPSP (Certified Professional Sales Person). He has been involved with the National Association of Marketing as well as other related groups and associations.
